Japan's conservative mainstream daily Sankei said that Japanese and US defense officials have concluded that the Taepodong-2 had targeted US state of Hawaii in the Pacific Ocean, after analyzing data collected from their intelligence equipment.
If this is proven correct I would call it excellent grounds for ending the Korean cease-fire and rolling to Pyongyang to oust Lil Kim. It is akin to someone walking out of his house holding a gun and then shooting wildly. Yes he is still on his property but his actions are endangering his neighbors and passerbys. So it becomes a police function to put a stop to this public danger. North Korea is an international danger with Lil Kim shooting off, not only his mouth, but these missiles.
From a USA Today editorial here comes some sobering facts: for Lil Kim to realize his nuclear phallic symbols, upto 2 million North Korean civilians have died of starvation. And the writer does get it right, we can not afford to further give into Lil Kim's nuclear extortion scheme or things will get worse.
