As for Congressman Hinchey first saying he had evidence and then back-pedaling, I am reminded of what Reverand Noyes said to Sarah Churchill when she tried to stop the execution of Geroge Jacobs after her testimony landed Jacobs in the Salem jail. "Are you lying now, or were you lying then?"
