A humorous take on military hand signals. If you go down to row 5, first column would be a signal appropriate to the likes of Murtha. Or 6,1 or 7,2. Choices. Row 5, #2 is what probably many in the US would like to tell some people who are always in front of the mic. Still no hand signal for Nancy and her antics at the State of the Union.
