The founder of Dominos Pizza, Tom Monaghan, wants to found a town in Florida centered around the Roman Catholic faith. In fact he wants to name the town Ave Maria.

The ACLU is up in arms over this as Tucker Carlson finds out. Once again the ACLU pounces on pornography and contraception. This is getting old and Howard Simon does not even realize the possible consequences of his assertions in this case. Tucker brings out Utah and the Mormon faith. There are a few others that can be brought into play to countervail Simon's sole example of a Hassidic town in New York state. How about Lancaster County, PA; home of the Amish. By extending Simon's arguments, because the public visits Amish stores then those stores need to cater to all those people's needs, even if this means the Amish would be selling items against their religion. Or various 'blue laws' scattered across the country would be void because the public needs are not being met.

I think if someone whispered in Howard Simon's ear the word Catholic, he would immediately raise his hand and yell 'seperation of church and state!' even while asleep And I think many people are starting to clue in on how much a one trick pony show the ACLU is.

Of course predictable, the ACLU wants to define how Americans live.
