Does the above picture look familiar? Think it is New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina roared ashore? Well you would be incorrect. This is how New Orleans looked after Hurricane Betsy ripped up the Big Easy in 1965, photo taken by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
