A Reuters photographer caught President Obama right behind his favorite crutch, a teleprompter. So like others in the blogosphere decided to have fun with it.

In the Ghost in the Shell TV series there was the Laughing Man case.
A hacker with a cause was able to hack every cyberbrain and camera to show that blue smiley face. So no one ever saw his face. When he would hack someone to make a statement, the hacked person's face would become the blue smiley in all digital mediums also.
