But really what you propose is so boneheaded. President Obama has issued shoot to kill orders on an American convert to Islam because he is an influential fan-atic for jihad. And least we forget Gadahn, another American convert to Islam from California who promised to make the streets of America run red with blood, is still on many wanted posters.
How about something far simpler Sen. Leiberman. If we capture such scum as the above two then lets put them on trial. A truly scrupulous trial. When they are found guilty and after one possible appeal based soley on gross imperfections in the prosecution, they are stripped of their citizenship, promptly shot, and buried in a landfill. That makes a lot more sense than what you suggest.
