This is very cheery video, state prosecutors in Missouri are threatening legal action in this national race. If the lies or distortions are against Sen. Barack Obama that is. Now if Sen. Obama would submit his certified birth certificate along with all those records from his tenure as a Illinois state senator, then the prosecutors would have an easier time prosecuting the liars. But Sen. Obama won't, so good luck you apparatchiks in carrying out your mission to stifle debate by misuse of state powers.
This has the earmarks of being akin to the fiasco of Canada's Human Rights Commissions. Or Soviet Peoples' Courts. How nice.
