Lively updates

Well yes I am still in the land of the living. Though judging what Pelosi and Murtha are doing up on the Palentine Steps, I sometimes think I live in a topsy-turvy world.

They trotted out their non-binding resolution condemning President Bush for the doing the thing they rode in on in November, sending in more troops to win. Now Murtha wants to cut off military funding to make sure this plan fails. Why does the term Quisling spring to mind? Probably because it so fits these scoundrels and carpet-baggers.

Meanwhile in the real world it looks like the Iraqi Army and the Coalition made a valiant attempt to reduce AQ-Iraq's leader's body temperature to ambient. Better luck next time. And Al-Sadr has run off to hide behind the skirts of Iran's President Amadjihadi. Hmmm, I would say the surge might be working. Unless the Demoncrat Quislings do succeed in violating the Constitution, usurping Executive authority, and abandoning many to die at the hands of autocratic thugs like Demoncrats did to South Viet Nam.

What a grim and blood-soaked future the cowardice of the Demoncrats offer America and the world. Though I must remind my dear readers there are a few yellow Republicans who have huddled with the Demoncrats to vote against supporting the surge. May we live another two years in freedom to evict these parasites from the body politic.

It's no coincidence that just as reinforcements begin to arrive and the plan already bears fruit we have Democrats doing what they can to sabotage it.

Whose side are Democrats on?

Extremely well said!!! Especially your last paragraph:

Democrats are on their own side - nobody else's. They are looking for more power to pass all sorts of taxes to support Liberal-based programs.

Not that I'm happy with the Republicans at this moment either, but who is the lesser evil in politics right now?

Vote all the bas***ds out in two years & start with a clean slate.

Those who vote Yea on a 'non-bonding' resolution opposing the surge are simply Defeatocrats. Who are willing to build their politcal careers on the bodies of the innocent Iraqis caught in the crossfire.
