Kerry Bows Out

Sen. John Kerry [D-MA] has announced he will not seek the office of President of the United States, instead he will focus on re-election in 2008 and a resolution to US involvement in Iraq.

The only new thing is, he is not chasing after the Presidential carrot for 2008.

Focus on re-election? That is all he has done while being a Senator, I said 'be a Senator' since he has one of the highest absentee rates in that august chamber. So when he did not resign from the Senate when he ran in 2004 for President, no one noted his absence.

A resolution to Iraq? Again what is new? His entire Senatorial career has been spent voting against the US military and the interests of the United States. Anyone remember 'citizen' Kerry interferring with the Paris Peace Accords by meeting with the representatives of North Viet Nam as Sec. of State Henry Kissinger tried to negotiate a settlement to the war in Viet Nam?

P.S. Senator John Kerry, we are still awaiting your full and complete disclosure of your military records. We want unabridged thank you.

Yeah, the headlines could have been President John F. Kerry attends Davros and signs an Executive Order mandating the US comply with the Kyoto Protocols that Sen. John F. Kerry in 1997 voted against.

Small miracles should be appreciated.
