Pat gets the boot

The very controversial Pat Robertson, who called for Hugo Chavez to be assasinated and Ariel Sharon's stroke was divine intervention, has paid a very public and painful price for his boneheaded remarks.

He was not elected to one of the thirty-three seats on the National Religious Broadcasters board of directors. He had been named in 1989 by this group as Christian Broadcaster of the Year

I hope his time in the wilderness serves him well and he can learn from his errors. And let us all hope others can learn from this event.

He must learn to engage his brain before putting his mouth in gear!

Now if the far left could engage brain before talking, but in all probability their brain box would seize up trying to engage the clutch.
